Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Online Booking Clients can book sessions directly through the website. Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. 2. Booking Requests Manual Approval: All booking requests will be manually approved to ensure that your preferred time slots and fitness goals align with the service offerings. You will be notified within 24 hours of booking whether your session is confirmed or if an alternative time is suggested. Per Session Payment: All services must be paid per session upon booking. Unpaid bookings will not be confirmed. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule their session at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not count towards your package. No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in a full charge for the session. Rescheduling is allowed with no penalty if done 24 hours before the session. 4. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session, the workout will have to be modified anything after 30min you will forfeited that session. In case of a late start, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. 5. Refund Policy Payments for booked sessions are non-refundable, except in cases where the trainer is unable to conduct the session due to unforeseen circumstances. If the trainer must cancel, the client will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 6. Health & Safety Please inform the trainer of any injuries or medical conditions prior to booking a session. By booking a session, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in the workout and take full responsibility for any injuries that may occur during the session.
